WELCOME TO Heart & Soul Sisters Creative Experiences. Please read these carefully to ensure we are on the same page.
GENERAL CANCELLATION AND NO-SHOW POLICIES
If you cannot make a class for whatever reason, unfortunately, we cannot refund or give credit due to the preparation required for these workshops. However, we encourage you to send a friend along to take your spot! If this is the case, we ask that you email us with the persons name and workshop attending.
These policies are in place as a courtesy to our facilitators and staff. As our class sizes are limited, and by purchasing a ticket we:
Pay the teacher for your spot and spend time purchasing/preparing materials.
It is for this reason if you forget to attend or have a prior commitment, we are unfortunately unable to provide a refund, credit or transfer. In some cases, we may be able to give you the materials and instructions to complete at home.
QUARANTINE + COVID TESTING.
We know Covid is affecting everyone right now and it appears that COVID is here to stay.
If you suddenly find yourself in ISO or awaiting a Covid test and can’t make your pre booked class, we understand that these things are out of everyone’s control and usually with very little notice. As we are unable to offer refunds, we can suggest the following.
Send a friend to take your spot.
Collect workshop materials when you are well and do the project at home (we cannot offer this for all classes)

Heart & Soul Sisters Creative Experience bookings need to be made online, just add the workshop of choice to the cart and you will be taken to the payment options. If you are unable to do this please contact us to arrange an alternative payment method.
Your seat is secured once we receive full payment so lookout for an automated confirmation email and please make sure you type in the correct email.
We have class minimums to meet, if we do not make them and need to cancel a class we may do so at any time and offer you a full refund or a credit to attend a class at the same value within a 12-month period
